  • GMA Capital is a development partner of Bankinter and the parent company of GMA HCI, which is the exclusive asset management company for Atom Hoteles Socimi S.A. GMA HCI is spearheaded by the renowned Víctor Martí Gilabert and has a portfolio of 24 hotels with 5,535 rooms as assets under management (AUM).

  • We conduct an integrated asset analysis to quickly understand the sources of relative risk and return, both in the portfolio itself and opportunities identified through the analysis.

Article 2.

The company purpose of Global Myner Advisors Hotels Capital Invest, S.L. (GMA HCI) is to:

Provide asset management and arbitrage services to SOCIMI companies (the Spanish variant of REITs), in the purchase, sale, lease and management of all kinds of real estate, especially hotels, restaurants and other hospitality establishments. This is its main economic activity and its NACE code (Nomenclature of Economic Activities) is 4110 (real estate development).

The development, formation and holding of equity in companies, be they industrial, commercial, real estate, service and any other type of entities.
